Yes, we will assign you a cleaner when you complete your application. Your cleaner will come to your property and carry out a home visit. They will carry out a quick health and safety check and answer any questions you may have. If you are not happy at this point then you do not need to proceed. If you are happy, then your cleaner will carry out your first cleaning session for you.

Yes, we allocate you the same cleaner for each visit. If they are on holiday or sick, we can provide a replacement cleaner if you wish.

If you are not happy with a particular cleaning session then your cleaner will return and reclean the area free of charge until you are happy with it. If you are not happy with your current cleaner then we can change cleaners for you. You do not have to speak to the cleaner yourself, we will handle this for you.

The only things you need to provide are a vacuum cleaner and a mopping system. When you join, we send you a batch of cleaning products designed to last 3 months. We ask that you either leave these out in the kitchen, or show the cleaner where you will keep them. You will need to ensure there are clean cloths for the cleaner to use (included in your pack). Once the cleaner has used cloths they will leave them either in, or in front of, your washing machine for you. If you would prefer them to put the wash on when they leave simply let them know. The beauty of having cleaning products on site means you can also use them between the cleaners visits!
